i think she dug it.
i certainly did. it was beautiful. and we had the beach entirely to ourselves--
except for a few curious birds, who were pretty interested in ellie.
(she was pretty curious too-- it was funny to watch the interaction)
(**love this one: it's like ellie's waiting ever-so-patiently for the sun.)
the golden light was so pretty...

"yeah yeah, and then the sun came up, and then i ate some sand, and then i got all wet and covered in saltwater foaminess while ma took a gazillion pictures...."
