Kevin's a godfather!Kevin's best friend Cam, and his wife Kelle, have added an adorable new member to the Jackson crew: their first born, Lilah Grace.
Lilah was born at 9:18pm on February 3rd, weighing in at 6lb. 13oz. and 20 inches long.
we rushed over to the hospital to meet little Lilah-- and to our surprise, we also got to meet Lila's cousin Lane who was there with his mommy, Lynn, and proud papa Gus (Cam's cousin). Lane is 2 weeks old and just as cute as ever! Then, to add to the crew, Laura (Gus' sister) showed up with her little bundle, 3 month old Emma Jean. whew! this newest generation of cousins are gonna have an amazing time with one another, growing up altogether on Tybee Island....!
kevin and i felt blessed to be there to share in the happiness of this precious new life-- especially when Andy (the methodist minister from Trinity Chapel UMC) showed up too and said a poignant prayer of celebration for little Lilah-- and Lane and Emma Jean too.
such a happy time-- its a wonderful feeling to be part of so much love and support!
